Job Summary
Overseeing a team of Claim Analysts, the full-time Claims Supervisor will manage daily operations to ensure quality, production, and service expectations are met while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of Claim Analysts to meet client and corporate commitments
- Address complex claim inquiries and collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals
- Implement new clients into the unit and retain existing clients through effective service delivery
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of claim processing experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively work with diverse teams and clients
- Experience with MS Excel and Word, and ability to learn new systems
