Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a team of Claim Analysts, the full-time remote Claims Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure quality and production goals are met, and facilitate staff development while addressing complex claim inquiries.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the performance of Claim Analysts to meet client and corporate commitments
• Implement new clients into the unit and ensure retention of existing clients
• Collaborate with the department manager to achieve departmental goals and resolve complex claim issues

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of claim processing experience
• Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs)
