Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the claims processing team, the full-time Claims Supervisor will manage workflows, ensure timely and accurate claims processing, and mentor staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct oversight of claims staff and management of daily transactional operations
• Coordinate workflow and lead initiatives for error reduction and process improvement
• Provide training and performance guidance to team members, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of claims processing experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial insurance terminology
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
