Claims Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Claims Representatives and Claims Support Specialists, the full-time Claims Supervisor will oversee automobile claim investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach employees to meet performance standards in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise the claims team and review automobile claim investigations for quality and compliance
• Provide guidance on claim handling and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations
• Create a training environment and evaluate employee performance to support team development

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
• Experience handling automobile property damage, injury, and subrogation claims
• Strong understanding of insurance industry practices, standards, and regulations
• Ability to provide clear handling recommendations and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office products
