Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the fully remote Claims Supervisor - Auto Liability will manage complex nationwide claims, mentor adjusters, and drive exceptional outcomes in the realm of severe Bodily Injury claims and litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service across varying caseloads
• Promote best practices in claims handling in accordance with company standards
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of adjusters while managing team goals and workloads

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex Commercial Auto Liability claims
• Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years
