Job Summary

Managing a high-performing team, the full-time Claims Supervisor - Auto Liability will oversee complex nationwide claims, including severe Bodily Injury and litigated matters, while working remotely and driving exceptional outcomes through mentorship and strategic oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a liability claims team to deliver high-quality and efficient service across various caseloads
• Promote best practices and ensure claims are handled in accordance with company standards
• Manage workloads, define team goals, and drive talent development through hiring and training initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience in Commercial Auto Liability
• Appropriately licensed in all states where claims are managed
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex and high-exposure Bodily Injury claims
• Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years
