Claims Team Lead

Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time Claims Team Lead will oversee liability claims operations, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the workload of multiple teams of examiners and technical staff
• Provide technical direction on claims adjudication and monitor complex claims activities
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with audit and service contract requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines
• Licenses and professional certifications as applicable to the line of business preferred
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
