Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time Claims Team Lead - Auto will manage liability claims operations, provide training, and ensure compliance with quality standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff, delegating duties as necessary
• Identify trends and issues, advising management on recommended actions and continuous process improvements
• Perform quality reviews on claims and act as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues

Required qualifications

• Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licenses as required and professional certifications preferred
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
