Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time Claims Team Lead, Auto will manage liability claims for clients, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and supports multiple teams of examiners and technical staff, delegating duties as necessary
• Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and coordinating office projects
• Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licenses as required and professional certifications applicable to the line of business preferred
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes and procedures for multiple product lines
• Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage performance
