Job Summary

Experienced Cleared Construction Recruiters will find a part-time remote opportunity focused on full-cycle recruiting for cleared trades, construction security, and project management roles on secure facility and overseas government construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for cleared construction roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Source candidates with active security clearances and verify their eligibility and readiness for OCONUS deployment
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through referrals, industry networks, and job boards while ensuring accurate candidate records in ATS

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2 years with cleared candidates in construction or secure-site programs
• Working knowledge of security clearance levels and verification practices
• Demonstrated success in filling OCONUS roles and familiarity with deployment logistics
• Established network within the cleared construction community
• Familiarity with secure construction terminology and proficiency with applicant tracking systems
