Job Summary

To support the recruitment of cleared professionals, the remote contractor Cleared Recruiting Specialist will identify and engage candidates for consulting roles while leveraging established networks and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage cleared professionals, veterans, and former government or military attorneys for referral to paid consulting roles
• Leverage established networks to generate qualified referrals for part-time, remote expert opportunities
• Review credentials, validate clearances, and screen candidates for suitability and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in cleared or government recruiting, including defense sourcing and veteran outreach
• Deep knowledge of security clearances, discreet candidate engagement, and secure documentation
• Existing network of TS/SCI, Secret, or other cleared professionals and transitioning military talent
• Experience screening candidates for compliance and suitability in sensitive roles
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to confidentiality and data security
