Client Account Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Curated platform, the full-time Client Account Manager will manage client relationships across various industries, ensuring exceptional service from initial engagement through project delivery, while working remotely or from New York or Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships and guiding them through the physician engagement program lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality service
• Define and establish client service processes, creating repeatable playbooks and supporting the onboarding of new clients as the function scales

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a related client-facing role
• Experience in healthcare technology, medtech, or a complex B2B environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
