Client Account Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Client Account Manager will develop new business, maintain high client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through effective communication and tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business with existing Dynamics clients and maintain high client satisfaction and renewal rates
• Drive revenue by articulating business value and coordinating with the solutions delivery team to tailor offerings
• Track account activity in the CRM system and provide sales forecasts and reports to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets
• Background in sales, marketing, consulting, and/or account management
• Ability to engage in executive-level conversations and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong understanding of business applications and issues relevant to target markets
