Client Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Risk and Compliance team, the full-time remote Client Assurance Analyst will manage client security, privacy, and compliance inquiries, develop accurate responses, and participate in assurance discussions while conducting security assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client security assessments and compliance inquiries with a degree of independence
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop and maintain supporting content for client assurance
• Participate in client assurance discussions and audits, ensuring accurate and timely responses to due diligence requests

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in client assurance, risk and compliance, or security assessments
• Experience developing responses to client questionnaires and due diligence requests
• Working knowledge of information security and privacy concepts, including frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to research complex topics and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
