Client Billing Support Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Client Billing Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve issues for clients and therapists, assist with platform education, and advocate for user needs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve client and therapist issues via phone and live chat
- Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with product teams for platform improvements
- Provide customer service and education on the Grow Therapy platform to clients and therapists
Required qualifications:
- One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial and government payors
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10 and CPT codes, preferably in mental health
- Experience working with Claim MD or Availity, verifying benefits and reading EOBs
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting
- Bonus points for bilingual candidates, preferably in Spanish
