Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Practice Leader & Client CFO, Growth will provide strategic financial leadership and CFO services to venture-backed companies in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
• Deliver on-demand CFO services, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial infrastructure and support client scaling efforts

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a CFO or senior financial leadership role, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes
• Experience working with venture-backed or private equity-backed companies
• Expertise in financial technology and tools used in modern finance operations
• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
