Client Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing Client Success mission, the full-time Client Consultant will provide dedicated client retention and expansion support, partnering with various teams to address unique client needs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive account retention by managing retention plans and executing strategies to secure renewals
- Fuel account expansion by identifying new opportunities and building business cases for existing clients
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and decision-makers, to enhance client engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales, preferably in Digital Health or Healthcare SaaS
- Experience with musculoskeletal (MSK) or digital health solutions
- Proven success in managing client relationships and driving retention or expansion outcomes
- Strong communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
