Job Summary
Joining the dynamic Black Diamond Service Team, the full-time Client Consultant will serve as a trusted technology advisor to clients, guiding them in maximizing the value of the Black Diamond Wealth Platform while working both remotely and onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a technology advisor, conducting discovery sessions to identify workflow challenges and recommend solutions
- Guide clients in platform adoption, delivering training sessions and monitoring utilization trends for improvement
- Analyze client workflows to recommend process improvements and establish success metrics for technology initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting, technology consulting, or client success role
- Experience with technology platforms, SaaS solutions, or financial services software
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions to client objectives
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and business productivity tools
