Client Data Analyst

Job Summary

Ensuring compliance and accuracy in client records, the full-time remote Client Data Analyst will manage account setups, validate documentation, and maintain existing customer data while collaborating with colleagues to resolve data-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Set up accounts in the customer relationship management system (CRM) in accordance with Customs regulations and review customer power-of-attorney documents
• Maintain existing customer account data, including name and address changes, billing routing details, and rates
• Ensure high-quality data is collected and maintained while adhering to established policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
• Ability to work independently under tight schedules and prioritize workflow
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
