Client Data Analyst

Job Summary

Ensuring compliance and accuracy of client information, the full-time remote Client Data Analyst will manage client records by creating, modifying, and inputting data while collaborating with colleagues to resolve data-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Set up accounts in the CRM system in accordance with Customs regulations and review customer power-of-attorney documents
• Maintain existing customer account data, including name and address changes, billing routing details, and rates
• Ensure high-quality data is collected and maintained while adhering to established policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
• Ability to work independently under tight schedules and prioritize workflow
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
