Client Delivery Analyst III
Job Summary
Supporting the successful implementation of complex financial institution debit and credit projects, the full-time Client Delivery Analyst III will lead client consultations, execute technical tasks, and ensure quality checks in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client meetings to discuss project specifications and facilitate communication between clients and vendors
- Conduct Gap Analysis to define system set-up requirements and provide consulting on business needs
- Validate system parameters, conduct testing, and provide technical support during all project phases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Five years of experience in the payment processing industry
- Experience with Lending Origination Systems is highly preferred
- Three years of client-facing project support experience required
- Experience in completing card processing conversions and data migration
