Job Summary
Serving as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams, the full-time remote Client Delivery Manager will ensure successful implementation and delivery of Insurance Discovery services while managing client relationships and coordinating IT activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through
- Coordinate client IT activities, gathering and translating requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams
- Monitor client performance and service expectations, providing actionable insights and managing issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client delivery, healthcare revenue cycle, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and technical information into clear requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify trends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience in data-driven reporting
