Client Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sr. Specialist, Client Delivery will support local channel partners and their advertising partners by providing thought leadership, managing client relationships, and ensuring adherence to program guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients and customers to understand marketing needs and resolve escalations independently through various communication channels
• Review marketing materials for compliance with guidelines and assist customers in creating brand-enhancing content
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback, troubleshoot issues, and conduct quality control checks on work and program compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of agency or related experience
• Proven technical competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social publishing platforms
• Some remote-work experience preferred with demonstrated ability to work independently
• Understanding of industry trends and a passion for technological innovation and client service
