Client Director

Job Summary

Bringing organizational skills and an analytical approach, the fully remote Client Director will manage client relationships, implement strategies to achieve client objectives, and drive successful product penetration while fostering long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customer organizations to ensure successful delivery of services
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic business plans for assigned accounts
• Conduct regular client meetings and report on key performance indicators to achieve strategic objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Director in the property insurance claims industry
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Proficiency in leveraging data trends to support sales propositions
• Ability to travel as required
