Client Engagement Director

Job Summary

To support a growing client engagement function, the full-time remote Client Engagement Director will manage high-impact Member programs, design scalable systems, and ensure consistent delivery of value across the Network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable processes that provide visibility into Member relationships and future engagement opportunities
• Own the growth and health of assigned member relationships, developing strategies to deepen engagement and support retention
• Lead operations and continuous improvement of AVIA's Network convening events, ensuring a smooth attendee experience and accurate insight capture

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in client engagement or account management within a healthcare or technology environment
• Strong understanding of data management and reporting tools, particularly Hubspot
• Experience in designing and executing member programs and events
• Ability to leverage collaboration tools effectively to enhance team visibility and accountability
• Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and process innovation
