Job Summary
Driving strategic growth and client satisfaction, the full-time Client Engagement Director will manage senior-level relationships and leverage resources to address client needs while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Promote strong client relationships through thought leadership and consultation on aligning business needs with Ensono's services
- Develop relationships with decision-makers to grow revenue and drive new opportunities across Ensono's portfolio
- Lead proposal development, negotiation, and monitor sales trends to inform account planning and execution
Required qualifications
- Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience with enterprise client relationships
- Demonstrable experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology or managed services
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Experience managing and closing complex sales opportunities
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority
