Client Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day client relationships, the full-time Client Engagement Manager will lead the execution of medical communications programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, delivering high levels of client service
• Lead the execution of medical communications programs from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking and invoicing, while ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and industry regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 4-6+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or pharma marketing
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development processes
• Financial acumen including forecasting and profitability management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with document submission systems (e.g., Veeva) preferred
