Client Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day client relationships, the full-time Client Engagement Manager will lead the execution of medical communications programs remotely, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts, delivering high levels of client service
• Lead execution of medical communications programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Manage project and account financials, including budget tracking, invoicing, and scope changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 4-6+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, pharma marketing, or related fields
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development process
• Financial acumen including forecasting and profitability management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with document submission systems (e.g., Veeva) preferred
