Job Summary
Leading client insight delivery for existing accounts, the full-time remote Client Engagement Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, develop strategic insights, and support business development efforts across APAC.
Key responsibilities:
- Craft insights and storylines, presenting them to senior client stakeholders and ensuring high standards of accuracy
- Own client relationships by onboarding and training teams, managing account plans, and identifying growth opportunities
- Lead client workstreams, coordinating with Product and Operations teams while coaching junior members of the team
Required qualifications:
- MBA degree
- 5 to 8 years of full-time work experience, including 3+ years in consulting or a similar client-facing role
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills in English
- Proven problem-solving abilities with experience in turning data into actionable insights
- Experience with AI tools in a professional setting
