Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist I to serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle calls from new customer prospects to introduce the Advice Center and match customers with appropriate advisors
  • Guide customers through the customer experience, gathering information to identify and assess needs
  • Schedule appointments with advisors for simple customer requests and facilitate communication with the advisor team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Professional demeanor to represent the company in a virtual environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
  • Proficiency using MS Office products
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
