Job Summary

Working remotely as a contractor, the Client Engagement Partner will deliver exceptional customer experiences through responsive service, efficient operations, and accurate transaction processing while building relationships with consumer and small business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalized customer service by promptly responding to needs and resolving issues efficiently
• Perform accurate banking transactions and maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Proactively engage customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services to deepen relationships

Required qualifications

• One year of customer service experience focused on providing a high-quality experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs or ability to learn them quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
