Job Summary

Serving as the initial point of contact for customers seeking financial guidance, the full-time remote Client Engagement Specialist will handle inbound calls, triage inquiries, and match prospects with financial advisors while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls from new customer prospects to introduce the Advice Center and match them with appropriate advisors
• Guide customers through the Transamerica experience by gathering information and creating customer profiles
• Schedule appointments for simple customer requests and facilitate communication with the advisor team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and persuasive manner
• Professional demeanor to represent the company in a virtual environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency using MS Office products
