Client Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Client Enrollment Specialist will convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments through consultative sales techniques while working remotely and earning uncapped commission based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments by understanding client needs and guiding them through the enrollment process
• Achieve or exceed sales and quality metrics, including conversion rates and appointment show rates
• Communicate the value of mental health services while maintaining a compassionate, client-first approach

Required qualifications

• Sales experience in a high-volume environment, preferably inside sales or healthcare
• Proven ability to influence, persuade, and close sales effectively
• Strong customer service and call center experience
• Experience in mental health or healthcare preferred
• High proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
