Client Finance Analyst
Job Summary
Assisting in the overall financial management for a client portfolio, the fully remote Client Finance Analyst I will focus on monthly project accounting, client invoicing, and financial tracking while collaborating with project managers and the SG&A team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with monthly project accounting, including updates to financial trackers and taking notes during project status meetings
- Prepare client invoicing based on contracts and follow up on past due invoices, while also assisting in the preparation of monthly client accruals
- Track project costs against contracted amounts and assist with ad hoc projects, including annual budget preparation and audit support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business
- 0-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in month-end close and project accounting is preferred
- Client services or client-facing experience is a plus
