Client Finance Lead

Job Summary

Serving as the primary finance liaison for assigned clients, the full-time Client Finance Lead will manage financial reporting, job setup, and client billing processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main finance contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the financial lifecycle of projects
• Oversee the financial setup and maintenance of client jobs, ensuring compliance with approved scopes, budgets, and documentation
• Prepare, review, and submit client invoices, maintaining accurate billing schedules and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to billing

Required qualifications

• Experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within an agency or project-based environment
• Proficiency in financial management systems and project management tools
• Strong understanding of budgeting, billing, and revenue recognition processes
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for client profitability and cash forecasting
• Familiarity with client contract terms and compliance requirements
