Client Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support the agency's financial health, the hybrid or fully remote Client Finance Manager will manage accounts receivable and collections, process client billings, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards while collaborating with executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable aging and collections, including follow-ups on past due invoices
- Manage client reconciliations and ensure data accuracy with account staff
- Support the monthly and yearly closing process, including journal entry preparation and review
Required qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a PR, advertising, or marketing agency
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to learn and master the Advantage accounting system
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and responsive attitude
