Client Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support the agency's financial health, the hybrid or fully remote Client Finance Manager will manage accounts receivable and payable, oversee client reconciliations, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards while collaborating with executive leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage AR aging and collections, including follow-up on past due invoices
- Oversee client reconciliations and process client billings monthly
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and support the monthly and yearly closing process
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a PR, advertising, or marketing agency
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and master the Advantage accounting system
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and responsive attitude
