Client Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support the agency's financial health, the full-time Client Finance Manager will manage accounts receivable and payable, oversee client billings, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards in a hybrid or fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and collections, including follow-up on past due invoices
- Oversee client reconciliations and ensure data accuracy in collaboration with account staff
- Support the monthly and yearly closing process, including journal entry preparation and review
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a PR, advertising, or marketing agency
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to learn and master the Advantage accounting system
- Positive attitude with strong references
