Client Happiness Associate

Job Summary

Acting as a professional brand ambassador, the remote Client Happiness Associate will respond to client inquiries, promote company products, and assist with payment arrangements while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly respond to client inquiries via chat, email, SMS, or phone, providing accurate information and resolving concerns
• Proactively promote and cross-sell company products during servicing calls to contribute to business growth
• Assist clients with payment arrangements and commitments, guiding them through available relief options and necessary documentation

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or collections
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free environment for professional client interactions
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MAC systems and basic math calculations for loan support
• Demonstrated ability to listen actively and manage high call volumes under pressure
• Experience in student lending, banking, or financial aid industries is preferred
