Client Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the seamless execution of new client implementations, the full-time salaried Client Implementation Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project implementation plans and timelines, ensuring successful launch and post-launch monitoring
• Oversee all aspects of client implementation configuration, including provider credentialing and system setup
• Manage the client implementation pipeline, proactively assessing risks and keeping stakeholders informed about project progress

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client implementation or project management in a health payor/insurer, health technology, or healthcare setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Relevant project management or client management certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, CSM)
• Jira user or admin experience preferred
