Client Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Owning the implementation process for new customers, the full-time remote Client Implementation Manager will manage onboarding, configuration, training, and support to ensure clients effectively utilize KPA's compliance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new customer implementations from planning and configuration through training and launch
• Build strong customer relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact and understanding their needs
• Develop and manage implementation plans, coordinating deliverables and proactively addressing potential risks

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role involving onboarding, implementation, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence in communicating with customers and guiding conversations toward solutions
• Practical problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate unexpected challenges
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
