Owning campaign setup and performance analysis, the full-time Client Insights Manager will run A/B tests to shape client strategy and provide operational support to Client Success Managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up campaigns and analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, presenting findings to internal teams and clients
- Support Client Success Managers by resolving operational issues and maintaining accurate performance documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2-4 years of experience in analytics, campaign management, or client-facing operations
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Self-direction and accountability in a fully remote environment
