Client Management Director

Job Summary

To strengthen client relationships and drive business growth, the full-time Client Management Director will develop and execute strategies, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and lead a high-performing client management team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term partnerships and managing client expectations
• Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with leadership to support client retention strategies
• Partner with various departments to ensure consistent service delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in client relationship management within mortgage servicing or financial services
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing operations and regulatory expectations
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms and client management tools
