Client Onboarding Associate
Job Summary
To support ongoing compliance efforts, the part-time Client Onboarding Associate will review system alerts, conduct investigations into suspicious account activities, and assist with KYC/KYB risk assessments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze system-generated alerts to identify potentially suspicious activity
- Conduct investigations into unusual account openings and escalate findings as necessary
- Maintain thorough documentation of investigations and assist with periodic KYC/KYB audits
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree and 3 years of experience in a compliance analyst or related role
- Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of KYC/KYB guidelines
- Proven ability to exercise critical thinking and independent judgment
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills
- Self-directed with a high level of initiative in a fast-paced environment
