Client Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Client Onboarding Specialist will manage the establishment of new client accounts and facilitate asset transfers, ensuring exceptional client experiences and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Establish new client accounts and facilitate asset transfers while serving as the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage cash and asset movement activities, including ACATS, wire transfers, and ACH transfers
- Coordinate with Financial Advisors and external institutions to support client onboarding and resolve operational issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years of experience in financial services operations
- Current knowledge of investment products and financial services
- Experience with ACATS and IRA distributions
- Familiarity with web-based investment service delivery in a cloud-based environment
