Client Operations Associate
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Operations Associate will directly interface with clients to manage inquiries, analyze client activity trends, and develop operational efficiencies to enhance the client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Directly interface with clients to manage questions and feedback about products and services
- Analyze and identify trends in client activity and inquiries
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to support business needs and improve the product
Required qualifications
- Ability and interest to work in a fast-paced fintech startup environment
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Degree in Communication, Business Finance, Business Operations, Business Marketing, or Information Systems preferred
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL is a plus
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
