Client Principal, AI Consulting

Job Summary

As a senior commercial and strategic leader, the full-time Client Principal, AI Consulting (Energy, Oil & Gas) will operate remotely, managing executive relationships, driving business development, and overseeing AI solution delivery for energy sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead market growth strategies across energy operators and oilfield services companies while engaging C-suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Own new client acquisition and account expansion, developing strategic account plans that transition pilots to enterprise-scale AI programs
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and ensure successful delivery by collaborating with technical teams to meet client needs

Required qualifications

• Deep industry expertise in energy, oil & gas, or adjacent industrial sectors with a strong understanding of operations and digital transformation
• Established executive network within energy operators or oilfield services companies
• Strong business acumen with experience in P/L management and translating operational challenges into AI-driven opportunities
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, including predictive analytics and computer vision
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or digital transformation within energy or industrial sectors, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field
