The full-time remote Client Relationship Manager will manage client onboarding, provide expert support for existing clients, and enhance customer retention through proactive engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth interactions throughout the ordering and testing process
- Execute a comprehensive engagement strategy focused on customer satisfaction and perform quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to document client activity and represent the Voice of the Customer to internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of successful client experience or account coordination
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset with the ability to manage client expectations
- Experience in project management and operational understanding within a laboratory setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
