Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Client Relationship Manager will develop high-trust relationships with customers in the public sector, ensuring satisfaction and retention while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle
• Lead ongoing operations meetings to address critical topics, provide training, and support customers' business needs
• Drive annual open enrollment success by partnering with customers to develop actionable plans and remove roadblocks

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Vendor Management, or Account Management
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of complex customer accounts
• Experience in establishing and growing relationships within customer accounts
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and SaaS technology
