Job Summary
To strengthen client partnerships in healthcare operations, the full-time remote Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, focusing on client satisfaction, operational performance, and reimbursement optimization.
Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client management, preferably in healthcare and RCM
- At least 1 year of experience with anesthesia revenue cycle management (RCM)
- Proficiency in interpreting reports and implementing improvements
- Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities effectively
